Our facility has a large fitness studio for group exercise classes taught by certified instructors. We also offer cardio and strength equipment for self- or supervised-training. Our certified personal trainers will provide private and small group training geared to achieve your goals whether overall fitness, sport performance or injury prevention.

Our fitness programs are uniquely designed to also focus on children and family members.

Personal Training

No matter what your health and fitness goals are, Greg’s personal training programs can help give you the support and motivation that you need to achieve it. By having a personal trainer, you can have the opportunity to perform effective and proven cardio and strength training workouts which are specifically designed for you to achieve your personal fitness goals!

Also, you will learn key exercise principles that can guide you the rest of your life, rather than just learning how to use equipment They can be done individually or in a small group setting of 2-4 people. HTP junior tennis players who are ages 15 or older are also encouraged to sign up for personal training as well!

Indoor Spin Cycling Class

What- A group fitness class that uses stationary bikes to simulate hill climbing, sprints, and interval racing. This will give you a fantastic cardiovascular workout. Free weights are an added component to the class for upper body strength. The tempo of the class will be at a fast pace medium to high intensity level. It is recommended for all fitness levels. It is designed for optimal fat burning and strength building. In addition, it will incorporate the use of free weights for upper body strength. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class

What- High Intensity Interval Training, also known as HIIT, is a type of group exercise training class. Each class is designed for high intensity interval training workouts. It focuses on improving core strength, endurance, muscular strength, functionality, and flexibility. The class uses dumbbells, yoga mats, resistance bands, yoga balls, and steppers. It is great for burning calories, getting stronger and leaner, and improving your endurance.
